An overview of the Business Diligence consulting process is
provided below. As every business is unique, the process is modified
to suit the needs of each client.

Step 1:
Introduction - The initial consultation is usually via telephone. Discussion includes the background, purpose and goals of your business together with the services offered by Business Diligence. A second meeting is scheduled as required.

Step 2:
Briefing - A meeting to exchange material and information. Discussion of the components of a draft proposal, stipulating the outcomes of the engagement  and how progress can be measured.

Step 3:
Draft Proposal - In person or via telephone.
Review and agree in principal to the draft proposal including:

  • Situation appraisal
  • Objectives
  • Measures of success

 

  • Expression of value
  • Methodologies and service options
  • Timing
  • Itemised accountabilities
  • Terms and conditions
  • Acceptance

Step 4:
Service selection - In person or via email. The methodology and service option is selected by the client and the proposal is finalised.

Step 5:
Acceptance - In person or via post. The client provides sign-off accepting the proposal and providing approval for the work to begin.
